Ingredients
- 8 cups vegtable broth / chicken broth / mushroom broth
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablessoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili oil
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 bunch green onion
- 6 eggs
Steps
- Scramble the eggs and cut up the onion; set aside. Transfer the eggs into a measuring cup (or another kind of cup that is easy to pour liquid out of).
- Bring the broth to a boil.
- While you’re bringing the broth to a boil, mix in all the ingredients except for the green onion and eggs. Once the broth begins to boil, reduce to a simmer.
- When the broth is simmering, begin to stir it in a cicular motion until you have a little whirlpool going. While stirring, grab the eggs and slowly pour them into the broth.
- Finally, add in the green onions and let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes or so.
